THINKWORK PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes how Thinkwork LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) uses, protects and discloses personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”) collected using both offline means (e.g. via phone, mail, in-person meeting and other correspondence) and online means, such as when you use our sites including https://app.gosnapsign.com, https://www.gosnapsign.com, https://www.thinkwork.com websites, and all related subdomains thereof.

This policy informs you of our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information where we act as a “controller” (or the same or substantially similar terms or concepts used in applicable data protection law).

IMPORTANT: Please note that this policy does not cover our processing of Personal Information as part of the provision of our cloud-based electronic signature service provided under our Terms of Service. We act as a “processor” (or the same or substantially similar terms or concepts used in applicable data protection law) on behalf of the organization that initiates the use of the service for that Personal Information in accordance with the section “PRIVACY LAWS” in our Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that your Personal Information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this policy.

What Data We Collect

We collect and receive data from you in the ways that we have outlined below.

Contact Details and User Accounts

In order to use our services, you may be required to create an account and in so doing provide your name, email address and/or phone number (and other contact information). We may email you at your email address or text you at your phone number in order to confirm your registration and in order to provide the service. You may also be required to provide an address for billing purposes.

Contact Us Form

If you fill in and send us a request via a Contact Us form, we will collect any information you provide such as your email address and your name.

User Feedback

You may elect to send us feedback via several email addresses that we may display in the Service, including but not limited to support@gosnapsign.com, info@gosnapsign.com, or via our help center (https://help.gosnapsign.com), or via our website (https://www.gosnapsign.com), or via social media. From this feedback, we will collect any information you provide such as your email address and name if provided.

Log Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our sites (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s/device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, operating system, unique device identifiers, the pages of our sites that you visit, the time, date and physical location of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. Your Rights

Applicable Data Privacy Rights

To the extent that you have certain rights under applicable laws, you may exercise those rights at your discretion. These may include the rights to request access to, rectification of, or the deletion of your Personal Information held with us. You may also in some cases, request to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Information. Please note that your exercise of these rights is subject to certain exemptions.

Opt Out

You may choose not to receive any future promotional, marketing and advertising emails by sending an email to support@gosnapsign.com with your request to be ‘unsubscribed’ from any future related emails. You may also be able to opt out of some service-related emails. To do this, you will need to change your email preferences within the service. Due to the nature of the service, not all service-related emails can be unsubscribed from.

California Residents’ Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose to you what information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You also have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you that we have collected about you. We do not sell your personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your above rights.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your rights on your behalf. For your protection, we reserve the right to deny any request from an agent who does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf.

We have not disclosed and/or sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. We do not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. We have no actual knowledge that it sells personal information of minors under age 16.

Our service and sites may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our site and services after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent (where we are using consent as the lawful basis); unsubscribe from any marketing; and not be subject to decision when it’s based on automatic processing, including profiling, if it produces a legal effect or similarly significantly affects you.
